Overview: Payment Reports

The reports in the Payment Reports section offer detailed lease payment information. 

Lease Payment Summary Report. The Lease Payment Summary Report provides detailed payment information on each lease selected. 

Lease Payments By Due Date Report.  The Lease Payments By Due Date Report provides monthly payment detail based on date range selected by lease, group of leases or entire portfolio of leases.

Accounts Payable Reconciliation Report. The Accounts Payable Reconciliation Report provides a detailed listing by month of all of the Payments for each lease.

Portfolio Payment Upload Activity Report.  (For Customers of Integrated Accounting Solutions) The Portfolio Payment Upload Activity Report provides the detailed results of all payments that have been uploaded into an accounting solution
