Add Notes to a Lease?

You can take annotated notes for a lease.  Capture the reasons why actions were taken like changes, deletions.  Notes are visible to all users in the account and this is a great way to ensure everyone is aligned and understand why actions may have been taken.

To add a note, click on the notebook icon as shown below.

Then simply type in your note and click on the Add Note button

All notes will be stored and displayed on the notes page in order by date
