Step 4 - Using Lease ListView
Lease ListView
The Lease ListView page is the primary landing page to view all of the leases in your portfolio. If you have a plan that include the Portfolio feature, your leases will be displayed within the groups that have been defined by your administrator.
Adding a new lease
To add a new lease, click on the Add New button.
Adding a new lease
Enter in the name of the lease, the commencement date and the expiration date. A popup calendar will appear for the dates - just select the date you want and it will populate the field.
Then select the type of lease this is; either real estate or equipment. If this is a real estate lease, the property fields will be displayed for you to enter property related data.
Click on the green Save button to store this data.
Lease Jump-To
By clicking on the Jump-To button shown below, you can access the detail lease information. A popup will appear with all of the detail page options you can access for the lease. Simply click on any of the options available and you will be brought to that page and detail lease information.
Lease ListView Columns
You can hide/unhide column information by selecting the tool image as shown below. Select or de-select the column information you would like to see then click Done.
Filtering Leases
If you have a significant number of leases in your portfolio you can use the Filter feature to refine the ListView lease list to make it easier to find the lease(s) you are looking for. Click on the Filter button, then select from the filters available and the ListView page will display only those leases that meet the criteria you set.
Searching Leases
If you have a significant number of leases in your portfolio you can use the Search feature to refine the ListView lease list to make it easier to find the lease(s) you are looking for. Enter in the search criteria, like lease name, in the Search box and the ListView page will begin displaying those leases that meet the criteria you enter.
