Overview: Lease Accounting Reports

The reports in the Lease Accounting Reports section offer detailed lease accounting related information. 

Click on the report name below to view an example of the report. 

Journal Entry Detail Export/Upload Activity Report.  The Journal Entry Detail Export/Upload Activity Report provides the detailed journal entries rows that have been exported or uploaded.  You can access the activity for the account, group or lease and refine by start/end date range.

Sublease Income Report. Each lease has the option of having an operating sublease associated with it. The Sublease Income Report provides a detailed listing by lease within a date range of the Sublease Due Date, Income Amount and Direct Cost Amount values.
