Overview: Administration Reports

Before you dive into the reports in this section, be sure to review how to use the iLeasePro Reports on the Using the iLeasePro Reports page.

The reports in the Administration Reports section offer the account owner and all users assigned as an Admin, detailed information on the setup of the account within iLeasePro. 

Admin User Listing. The Admin User Listing Report provides a listing of all of the users and the type of user that have access to iLeasePro within your Account.    

Admin User Entitlement Report. The Admin User Entitlement Report provides a detailed listing of each user's feature and group entitlements.

Admin Account Plan Report. The Admin Account Plan Report provides a listing of the iLeasePro plan specific details, like total number of leases, specific features the account has access to, etc.      

Admin Portfolio Group Setup Report. The Admin Portfolio Group Setup Report provides a listing by defined portfolio group all of the leases that have been linked to the group.      

Admin Lease Accounting Setup Report. The Admin Lease Accounting Setup Report provides the Lease Accounting defaults that have been defined for the Account.

Admin Subsidiary General Ledger Account Report. The Admin Subsidiary General Ledger Account Report provides a listing by Subsidiary/Operating Entity of each leases within the Subsidiary/Operating.      

Lease Accounting ASC842 Transition Report. The Lease Accounting ASC842 Transition Report provides a detail listing by lease of the ASC 840 Adjustments that were entered at adopting of the ASC 842 changes.
