Overview: Account Reports

Before you dive into the reports in this section, be sure to review how to use the iLeasePro Reports on the Using the iLeasePro Reports page.

The reports in the Account Reports section offer detailed account level information. 

Click on the report name below to view an example of the report. 

Account Contact Directory.  The Account Contact Directory lists the key information of all contacts that have been entered for the account.

Document Inventory Report.  The Document Inventory Report lists by lease and document category, all of the documents that have been uploaded to each lease.

Account Subsidiary Report.  The Account Subsidiary Report lists the leases that have been allocated to each subsidiary in the account

Lease Inventory Report. The Lease Inventory Report provides a summary of the lease portfolio by status type and also a detailed list of key lease information.

Lease Critical Date Report. The Lease Critical Date Report provides a listing of leases that have been selected as a "Critical Date" by that date.  

Lease Expiration Report. The Lease Expiration Report provides a graph and detailed listing of lease details by the lease expiration date.

Security Deposit Report. The Security Deposit Report provides a listing of the security deposit amounts for each lease as well as the total amount of security deposits outstanding for those leases on the report.

Base Rent Cash Flow Report. The Base Rent Cash Flow Report provides a portfolio level matrix of the annual base rent amounts by lease for all lease terms in the portfolio.

Lease Accounting Detail Settings Report. The Lease Accounting Detail Settings Report lists by lease the lease accounting parameters that are used to calculate the amortization table data including the Lease Classification, Borrowing Rate, and Payments Per Year.
