Overview: Lease Management Reports

The reports in the Lease Management Reports section offer detailed lease level information. 

Lease Equipment Report. The Lease Equipment Report provides detailed information on each lease designated as an equipment lease. 

Lease Abstract Report. The Lease Abstract Report provides inclusive detailed lease information on each lease.  Information includes lease name, key dates, property details and expenses (if real estate lease), base rent and rent steps and clauses and options.

Lease Property Report.  The Lease Property Report provides detailed property and unit information for a selected lease.

Lease Clause and Option Report. The Lease Clause and Option Report provides a detailed listing by lease of all of the Options and Clauses that have been entered for that lease.

Lease Insurance Report. The Lease Insurance Report provides a detailed listing of the Lessor and Lessee insurance requirements entered for a specific lease.

Lease Contact Directory. The Lease Contact Directory provides a detail listing of the contact information of every contact that has been linked to the lease.
