Overview: Lease Audit Reports

The reports in the Lease Audit Reports section offer detailed lease level information to ensure data integrity throughout the lease portfolio. 

Lease Activity Report. The Lease Activity Report provides the details for the creation of each lease.  

Lease Change History Tracking Report. The Lease Change History Tracking Report provides a detailed listing by lease within a range of dates all of the field level changes that were made.  The report displays the before change and after change values of the field that was changed, the lease category of the field, any additional information that would be helpful regarding the change, the date and time of the change and the user who made the change.  

Lease Health Report. The Lease Health Report provides either a summary or detailed listing of potential data issues for all leases in the portfolio or by individual lease.
