Setting Up Critical Date Email Notifications for Account and Users
iLeasePro Email Notification of Critical Dates
The iLeasePro Email Notification feature allows a user to schedule an email notification for any lease critical date that has been defined.
Initial Set Up of the iLeasePro Critical Date Email Notifications
The Critical Date Email Notification feature needs to be setup for each account. The Admin of the account needs to select the Email Notification OptIn checkbox from the Company page in the Account Settings.
To begin the setup process of the Critical Date Email Notification feature, select the Admin link from the Account Links.
Click on the Settings tab and check the OptIn to Email Notification checkbox to allow users to receive email notifications of Critical Dates. Click the Save button to store this change.
Setting Up the iLeasePro Critical Date Email Notifications for a User
Once the Administrator has "Opted In" to the email notifications, the User Settings link will be shown on the Account links in the left menu bar for all users. Each user has the option of receiving the critical date emails.
Each user may;
Click on the Receive Email Notifications checkbox to Opt-in to receive the emails
Notification Frequency: Select Daily or Weekly radio button. When Daily is selected, an email will be delivered each day to the email that is used to log into iLeasePro. When Weekly is selected, the Day in Week dropdown list will be displayed. Select the day in which you would like the email to be delivered and an email will be delivered each week on that day to the email that is used to log into iLeasePro.
Num Days Critical Dates Coming Due: Enter in the max number of days you would like to see all critical dates coming due in the email. For example, when 90 is entered, the email will contain all lease critical dates that have been setup and coming due over the next 90 days from the current date.
Send Email Notification to: This is a display only field and displays the email that was used to log into iLeasePro and the email that the critical date email will be sent to.
Email Type: Specify whether the email should be sent as HTML or Text.
Note: If you would like to distribute the notification to multiple emails, you should consider creating a new user with a shared email distribution.
