Document Management

iLeasePro is a full document management solution that allows you to capture and store any electronic document and associate it with a lease.

Electronic documents are uploaded within the lease categories.  To learn how to upload and store a lease review the help guide Uploading and Linking Documents to a Lease

Access to all electronic documents for all leases can be accomplished on the Documents page for the Account as shown below. The document can be searched by entering any part of the document name in the Search Documents box at the top of the page.  Once the document is found, simply click on the download button to the right of each row as shown below.
