Link a lease to a subsidiary / operating entity

Note: Below the term Subsidiary will be in reference to a Subsidiary or Operating Entity

Assumption: All Subsidiaries have been added by the Administrator.  Refer to Account Setting - Setting Up Operating Entities/Subsidiaries for additional instructions on setting up the Subsidiaries.

Linking a lease to a Subsidiary

Once the lease has been added, you will link the lease to a Subsidiary on the Leases Accounting page as shown below.

From the Operating Subsidiary dropdown list, select the appropriate Subsidiary for the lease.
