The reports in the Lease Accounting Financial Disclosure Reports section offer detailed lease accounting information that is required for annual financial disclosure reporting under the FASB ASC 842 Lease Accounting Standards. 

ASC 842 Lease Detail Disclosure Report. The ASC 842 Lease Detail Disclosure Report is a consolidated report that provides As-Of detailed lease by lease disclosure reporting data. 

Short Term Lease Expense Report. The Short Term Lease Expense Report provides short term lease expense for period specified.

Weighted Average Discount Rate Report.  The Weighted Average Discount Rate Report provides weighted average discount rates on leases for period specified

Weighted Lease Term Report. The Weighted Lease Term Report provides weighted average lease term for period specified.
