Setup a Month to Month lease

Leases less than 12 months, a Short Term Lease, are not required to be accounted for under the ASC 842 Standard.  iLeasePro allows you to setup month-to-month leases but the leases needs to be classified as a Short Term lease.

To set up a Month-to-Month lease you will need to take two actions;

1. On the Lease tab within the Leases menu option, click and check the Short Term Lease checkbox
