Add labels to dropdown lists

Note: Only users with Admin access can change the dropdown list labels

There are nine dropdown lists in iLeasePro - iLeasePro refers to these as User Defined Fields and they can be updated under the Account Settings > Application Values tab.  These User Defined Fields are pre-built with industry labels to help you get started but each one of these User Defined Fields lists can be modified.  You can add to, delete from, or edit the existing labels in each list.

An example situation may be;

I just uploaded a document for a lease, but when I click on the edit button (the pencil) I don't see the correct Document Type that I would like.  As an Admin user you can update the Document Type List to include the Document Type you would like to use for the document uploaded.
