Reports

To begin using the iLeasePro reports, select the Reports link fro the Sidebar Menu highlighted below in the red box.

The Reports page offers several categories of reports that can be used within iLeasePro.  Click on the down arrow in the Section header bar to show/hide the different reports.  Click on the report name to initiate the report.

When you initiate a report, filters may be displayed (see below) that allow you to refine the contents of the report.  Clicking on the Run Report button will initiate the building of the report.  

After clicking on the Run Report button, additional report feature buttons will be displayed.  Once the report is displayed, you can click on any of these feature buttons.

• EXPORT - Click on the Export button to export the data in the report into a csv file
• CREATE PDF - Click on the Create PDF button to create a PDF of the report
• PRINT - Click on the Print button to print the report to a local printer
• FULL SCREEN - Some reports may extend beyond the report view on the page. Click on the Full Screen to open a new window that will extend across you screen.
